SANIPEX GROUP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead its luxury showroom in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about luxury retail, interior design, and exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with key departments to drive growth and uphold SANIPEX’s premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the Dubai showroom ensuring alignment with brand standards.

• Set, track, and achieve sales targets while managing key customer accounts and building long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Category Management teams to optimize product displays and customer engagement strategies.

• Maintain showroom aesthetics, ensuring displays are well-presented and regularly updated.

• Execute marketing initiatives to boost footfall and brand visibility.

• Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of showroom staff.

• Analyze customer preferences and provide feedback to enhance product offerings.

• Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining exceptional service levels.

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in showroom or design-focused environments.

• Strong sales and leadership skills with a history of exceeding performance targets.

• Passionate about interior design and customer engagement in the luxury segment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and customer relationship management.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen eye for visual merchandising, design trends, and showroom presentation.
