The role requires expertise in production, platform strategies, and data-driven decision-making to optimize user engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product functions and collaborate with technical teams to enhance platform features.

• Develop and execute content recommendation strategies to boost user engagement.

• Design and implement ad tracking systems to optimize advertising performance.

• Contribute to user acquisition strategies, balancing costs and improving ROI.

• Conduct data analysis to support operational decision-making.

• Work cross-functionally to drive project success and growth initiatives.

• Explore new operational models and monetization strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in the short drama industry, with a strong understanding of production, operations, and promotion.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for smooth international collaboration.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with Middle Eastern market trends and audience preferences is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:
