JTI, a global leader with 46,000 employees worldwide, is hiring a Shisha M&S Associate in Dubai. This on-site, full-time role supports the Nakhla M&S teams with project management, data reporting, commercial operations, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of FMCG experience and a strong ability to manage procurement processes, budgets, vendor onboarding, and internal project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Procurement Support:

• Raise purchase orders and process goods receipts

• Facilitate vendor onboarding via GIP in line with company policies

• Track sales and marketing budgets for accuracy and optimization

• Manage purchase requests (PRFs) for PAM testing

Project & Process Management:

• Track project milestones and follow up on deliverables

• Provide updates on New Product Development (NPD) progress

• Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), regulatory documentation, and packaging briefs

• Maintain a list of active SKWs and manage product delisting

Data Management & Reporting:

• Oversee bi-annual factbook updates

• Compile PAM test summaries to support R&D

• Coordinate distributor reporting (shipments, stock, IMS) and collaborate with CS for dashboard updates

Commercial & Market Support:

• Engage distributors to ensure alignment on purchase orders and marketing performance

• Collect key market data to support expansion plans, including pricing and competitor insights

Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Act as liaison between legal and functional teams for policy alignment

• Manage internal communications via the Nakhla Workplace page

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant FMCG experience

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong skills in Windows applications

• Experience in project and budget management

• Solid financial, commercial, and data analysis understanding

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
