Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Logistics operations, ensuring smooth daily station activities.
• Allocate labor, lead meetings, and assign job duties efficiently.
• Analyze metrics, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.
• Develop practical solutions to complex challenges without compromising quality.
• Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business decisions.
• Support system/process rollouts and gather operational feedback.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and functional for operational needs.
• Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions to management.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in employee and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capability to push and pull wheeled dollies with products up to 100 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
