GRUNDFOS is looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service & Sales Engineer to drive service sales, build client relationships, and deliver high-value after-sales solutions. The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, providing technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply technical and customer insights to identify and sell service solutions.

• Proactively seek new business opportunities and drive service sales across markets and industries.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up to close deals.

• Collaborate with sales, service, backoffice, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand service offerings.

• Provide technical advice and support to clients on new and existing service products.

• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards during all activities.

• Lead the service sales process, forecast, and achieve sales targets.

• Support business development campaigns and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in service sales within a manufacturing environment.

• Exposure to the pumps industry is a plus.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel domestically as needed.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
