Cisco is hiring a Service Provider Account Manager to join its dynamic Europe, Middle East & Africa Service Provider team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, focusing on expanding Service Provider accounts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to Service Provider customers.

Own and execute the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Provide accurate forecasts and maintain sales metrics.

Stay ahead of customer needs, market trends, and opportunity changes.
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of successful sales experience with consistent overachievement.

Strong technical background and in-depth Cisco or competitive product knowledge.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Flexible, dynamic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience working with telecom or service provider clients.

Ability to align Cisco solutions with customer business objectives.

Strong negotiation, operational, and financial skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
