Akkodis is hiring a Service Manager – Life Sciences & Healthcare to oversee and optimize the delivery of services to clients in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. This full-time role requires expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to lead a service-oriented team. The ideal candidate will ensure that services exceed client expectations, contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, implement service level agreements (SLAs), and address service gaps.

• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients, review service performance, and anticipate client needs.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a service team, set goals, conduct performance appraisals, and promote continuous improvement.

• Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs, manage the service budget, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Business Development Support: Identify opportunities to expand services and acquire new clients within the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).

• 5-10 years of experience in service management within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry in the UAE.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.

• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and UAE regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluency in English is required.
