25hours Hotel One Central is seeking a Server for Ernst Biergarten to provide exceptional food and beverage service, enhance guest experiences, and maintain smooth operations in a vibrant and contemporary hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Have complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus, wine lists, and products to advise guests accurately.

• Anticipate guest requests and respond positively to special requirements.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and a memorable dining experience.

• Manage accounts and ensure smooth administrative processes.

• Support colleagues and maintain composure during busy periods.

• Assist with budget planning and oversee order management.

• Act as a competent contact and liaison with external partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior management or supervisory experience in a similar role.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for food, beverages, and hospitality concepts.

• Able to inspire staff and guests through professionalism and charm.

• Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.

• Personality and character are valued as much as experience.
