• Bayut.com, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for an SEO Specialist to enhance its online presence by identifying and implementing industry-leading SEO practices. This role involves working closely with a team of SEO professionals to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and leads for Bayut’s real estate portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Projects & Campaigns: Plan, research, and document SEO projects/campaigns. Propose and gain approval from key stakeholders.

• Project Management: Define objectives, KPIs, and track the performance of each SEO project.

• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

• Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders across teams, keeping them updated with SEO strategies and changes.

• Data Analysis: Analyze traffic trends, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Backlink Acquisition: Manage and acquire backlinks to strengthen SEO.

• SEO Audits: Perform audits and experiment with SEO techniques to debunk myths and optimize strategies.

• SEO Tools Expertise: Use tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc., to monitor and improve SEO performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (preferred).

• 2-3 years of SEO experience with a strong focus on technical SEO.

• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Scripting knowledge is a plus.
