The role involves transforming raw footage into compelling narratives through expert editing, color grading, sound design, and storytelling. The ideal candidate collaborates closely with directors and producers to deliver high-quality cinematic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit dramatic and documentary content from raw footage to final delivery.

• Perform color grading, sound design, and full post-production tasks.

• Collaborate with directors and producers to shape story arcs and emotional beats.

• Manage project workflows, timelines, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.

• Oversee editing from initial cut to picture lock and final output.

• Maintain organized file structures, asset backups, and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional editing experience in drama, film, or documentary.

• Mastery of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, DaVinci Resolve).

• Proficient in color grading, sound design, and cinematic workflows.

• Experience managing end-to-end projects from concept to delivery.

• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of professionalism.
