Marsh is seeking a Senior Vice President to join its IMEA Construction Practice team based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This hybrid, full-time leadership role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth, delivering exceptional client service, and developing strategic risk management solutions for large-scale construction projects across infrastructure, oil, gas, petrochemical, and power sectors in the IMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex construction projects and lead market strategy development

• Advise clients on insurance, contractual issues, and risk strategies tailored to project needs

• Develop and execute renewal and placement strategies across zones

• Drive business development through lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal presentations

• Lead and contribute to thought leadership events and promote Marsh’s expertise

• Oversee the broking process: data gathering, documentation, insurer negotiations, and placement execution

• Mentor and manage a high-performing team of construction insurance professionals

• Represent Marsh at industry events and maintain compliance with industry regulations

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of senior client-facing experience in construction or engineering advisory

• In-depth knowledge of construction risk, insurance, and contractual frameworks

• Strong leadership, client engagement, and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred

• Knowledge of IMEA regional markets and regulations

• Willingness to travel across the region as required
