The Energy Training Centre, a leading provider of high-quality professional training programs, is looking for a Senior UX Designer to enhance the user experience of its training services. The ideal candidate will lead UX design initiatives, conduct user research, and develop intuitive, engaging digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire UX design process, from research to prototyping and testing.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the training industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design expertise.

• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
