Job Title: Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer to lead the creation of user-centric digital experiences and brand identities. This role demands expertise in building scalable design systems, user research, and cross-platform UI/UX design while also possessing a strong command of branding and visual design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design System Expertise

• Build and maintain scalable design systems (style guides, component libraries, design tokens).

• Ensure consistency across UI elements including visual hierarchy, typography, and color schemes.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer for efficient design system management.

2. User-Centered Design (UCD)

• Conduct user research, define personas, and create journey maps.

• Design minimalist and intuitive user interfaces based on data-driven insights.

• Lead usability testing and apply feedback into design iterations.

3. Visual & Interaction Design

• Apply strong visual design principles (contrast, layout, spacing).

• Design responsive layouts and micro-interactions with accessibility in mind.

• Ensure compliance with WCAG and inclusive design standards.

4. Experience Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• Portfolio demonstrating clean, functional digital experiences.

• Experience working with developers, project managers, and stakeholders in complex projects.

5. Cross-Platform Design

• Design for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Apply principles of responsive and adaptive UI for a seamless user experience.

6. Agile & Developer Collaboration

• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Translate user and business requirements into development-ready designs.

7. Logo & Branding Design

• Create compelling logos and brand identities aligned with business vision.

• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual identity systems.

8. Adobe Photoshop & Graphic Design

• Use Adobe Photoshop to produce high-quality visual assets.

• Design visually impactful banners, promotional graphics, and social media creatives.

• Perform advanced image editing and photo retouching.
