Anvision is looking for a Senior Technical Director to lead and manage technology strategies and initiatives in the digital intelligence industry. The ideal candidate will oversee R&D, project implementation, and innovation in AI, big data, and system development, driving the company’s digital business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute technology strategies in line with business goals, focusing on AI, big data, and system development. Lead R&D projects to support business expansion.

• Project Management & Innovation: Oversee major technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting technical and business objectives. Introduce new technologies and drive innovation.

• Technical Standards & Quality Control: Develop and improve technical standards, ensuring quality and reliability in R&D and project implementation. Establish monitoring systems for technical quality.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to understand business needs, providing technical solutions. Build relationships with external partners, suppliers, and clients.

• Team Communication & Building: Lead and develop a technology team, ensuring effective collaboration and building strong technical talent.

Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: Over 5 years managing technology teams and leading strategic projects. Strong background in AI, big data, cloud computing, and IT operations.

• Languages: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Arabic.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and experience with digital oilfield projects is a plus.
