Cisco, a global leader in networking and IT solutions, is hiring a Senior Talent Advisor – Sales MEA to drive talent acquisition strategies in the Middle East. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and advising on sales hires such as Account Managers, Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Regional Sales Directors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT sales recruitment, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring processes.

✅ Source, evaluate, and hire top talent for sales roles across the Middle East.
✅ Build and maintain a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
✅ Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and execute hiring plans.
✅ Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates.
✅ Drive the offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations.
✅ Conduct kick-off meetings with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
✅ Use social media, databases, and proactive sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
✅ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as a talent consultant.

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Experience in sales recruitment, preferably in IT (Cloud/AI, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Networking, etc.).
✔️ Strong sourcing expertise using social media and talent databases.
✔️ Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to closing).
✔️ Ability to handle multiple searches in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✔️ Skilled in offer negotiation and closing strategies.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
✔️ Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
