Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts, provide strategic hiring counsel, and support organizational goals with effective recruitment processes in the pharmaceutical/FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and HR teams, utilizing hiring and employment data

Develop and optimize recruitment strategies including job postings, recruiting channels, and campaigns

Lead full recruitment and selection cycles to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of the best talent

Support the Head of HR in implementing recruitment best practices aligned with organizational goals

Generate and monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare monthly and quarterly reports
Requirements:
-
Willingness to relocate to the UAE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent
-
3–4 years of recruitment experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry

Proven people management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Proficient in full recruitment lifecycle and various interview/evaluation techniques
