VaporVM is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator with proven expertise in Dell EMC PowerFlex and PowerStore technologies. The role requires leading the administration, optimization, and maintenance of Dell EMC infrastructure to ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance. The position involves vendor coordination, compliance assurance, security monitoring, and proactive system management in a fast-paced IT environment. Arabic fluency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage, and maintain Dell EMC PowerFlex infrastructure for performance and reliability.

• Implement and manage Dell EMC PowerStore and related storage/backup solutions.

• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for storage, compute, and virtualization infrastructure.

• Collaborate with vendors, third-party providers, and government entities for project execution and compliance.

• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.

• Monitor system health, proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and recovery procedures.

• Support IT security and compliance initiatives across infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in managing Dell EMC PowerFlex (Mandatory).

• Strong expertise with Dell EMC PowerStore and other EMC storage/backup technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.

• Experience working in regulated environments and vendor coordination.

• Familiarity with VMware, Windows, and Linux environments is a plus.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Preferred Certifications:

• Dell EMC Certified Specialist – PowerFlex

• Dell EMC Certified Implementation Engineer – PowerStore

• Other relevant Dell EMC or infrastructure certifications
