Cyviz, a global provider of unified visualization and collaboration solutions, is hiring a Senior System Engineer for their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for experienced AV professionals who can lead the design, installation, and maintenance of complex audio-visual systems.

The Senior System Engineer will play a key role in overseeing AV system implementation, managing technical teams, and ensuring project execution meets the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AV systems, including installation, configuration, and integration with lighting and control systems.

• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients to align systems with specific project requirements.

• Calibrate, test, and optimize AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Guide and mentor junior AV engineers on complex projects and challenges.

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized, technically sound solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including schematics, manuals, equipment lists, and service records.

• Ensure timely project delivery within budget while meeting client expectations.

• Deliver training to clients and internal stakeholders on AV system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio-Visual Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of AV industry experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to various audiences.

• Proven ability to resolve technical problems and lead AV system implementations.

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

• Experience in leading teams and working under pressure.

• Arabic language skills and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.
