A leading multinational engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join their Dubai office, focusing on iconic high-rise and vertical build projects across the UAE. This is a permanent, full-time role with immediate availability. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience delivering structural design on large-scale developments in the UAE and GCC, ideally within a PMC or developer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of complex steel and concrete structures for high-rise and vertical projects

• Utilize international codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, BS) for structural compliance and innovation

• Prepare detailed drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla

• Conduct structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Robot

• Coordinate closely with architectural, MEP, and civil teams for clash-free design integration

• Mentor junior engineers and draftsmen, providing design oversight and quality control

• Attend and lead client and consultant coordination meetings

• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and authority requirements

• Support the preparation of BOQs, technical submissions, and design documentation

• Report project progress and ensure timely delivery of all design packages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 15+ years of post-graduate structural design experience, focused on high-rise/vertical builds

• At least 4 years in a leadership role with a recognized PMC or engineering consultancy in the UAE

• Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and other structural tools

• In-depth knowledge of international and local codes and building regulations

• Strong leadership, coordination, and client-facing communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple design packages in a fast-paced environment

Salary Package:

AED 35,000 – 45,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
