Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural design for buildings up to G+12, along with a deep understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and Dubai Development Authority (DDA) submission processes. This is a full-time position requiring at least 5 years of UAE experience in structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design structural systems for buildings up to G+12, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

• Prepare structural calculations, reports, and detailed drawings for submission to regulatory authorities.

• Submit designs and required documentation via DM, Trakhees, and DDA portals.

• Conduct structural analysis and provide innovative design solutions for complex projects.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with construction teams to resolve design-related challenges.

• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.

• Licensed by Dubai Municipality (DM) for Structural Design (G+12 category) and Trakhees.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering within the UAE.

• Proficiency in structural design software and analysis tools.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, submission requirements, and approval procedures.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• UAE driver’s license is required.

• Ability to start immediately is preferred.
