We are seeking a Senior Structural BIM Modeler with proven expertise to lead BIM modeling for structural systems. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6–8 years of industry experience, with at least 6 years in structural BIM roles. You’ll work on high-impact projects, coordinating across disciplines to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural BIM models including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, staircases, and rebar detailing.

• Utilize tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and ACC.

• Ensure models comply with relevant industry standards and codes for both concrete and steel structures.

• Coordinate structural BIM work with Architecture, MEP, and Facade teams.

• Perform clash detection across disciplines and generate summary reports.

• Interpret and work with engineering drawings and specifications.

• Apply parametric modeling techniques to create intelligent BIM objects.

• Participate in internal meetings and help improve company procedures and BIM standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or BIM Management.

• Minimum of 6–8 years of overall experience, with at least 6 years focused on structural BIM modeling.

• Experience working on Middle East projects is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of LOD (Level of Detail) and BIM-related standards.
