The role involves leading the technical sales process, customer interaction, and solution design to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Solution Design & Development:

• Analyze customer data and processes to understand project requirements.
• Create material flow diagrams and develop intralogistics concepts.
• Prepare solution layouts and ensure they align with customer needs.
• Conduct concept and design reviews to refine solutions.

✅ Technical & Project Management:

• Prepare budget costing and business case evaluations (ROI).
• Collaborate with Software Solution Architects for integrated designs.
• Prepare detailed technical requirement documents.
• Support the preparation of training programs related to solution design.

✅ Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Lead customer interactions and present solutions effectively.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

📌 Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in solution design, data analysis, or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/layout tools.
• Strong business case preparation & ROI evaluation skills.
• Experience in intralogistics and warehouse automation is a plus.

• Strong data analysis and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
