Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Senior Social Worker – Regional to oversee, educate, and guide the social work practice within its nursing centers across a defined geographic region. This is a leadership role that emphasizes enhancing patient well-being, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting on-site social workers in delivering quality care. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals passionate about long-term care and dedicated to empowering both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and evaluation for social workers in multiple nursing centers.

• Ensure compliance with Genesis policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

• Develop and implement standards based on NASW Code of Ethics.

• Support individualized, dignified, and high-quality resident care.

• Promote practices that improve patient/resident well-being and life quality.

• Support staff with training and evaluation of social services delivery.

• Work collaboratively to improve care delivery and team cohesion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution (required).

• Relevant certifications or licensures to practice in long-term care (as per UAE regulations).

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

• Knowledge of long-term care standards, aging services, and patient-centered practices.

• Proficient in clinical systems and technology tools (e.g., PCC).

• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented with a passion for compassionate care.
