This full-time, on-site role is based in the UAE and offers a competitive annual salary between USD $75,000 – $85,000. The position requires strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education, support, and oversight to Social Workers in assigned regions

• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and Genesis policies

• Promote ethical social work practice aligned with NASW Code of Ethics

• Foster a respectful, patient-centered care environment that enhances quality of life

• Evaluate and improve social work service delivery across nursing centers

• Collaborate with leadership to align services with organizational mission and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

• Valid social work license or certification as required by state law

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally

• Knowledge of aging services, long-term care policies, and social/emotional needs of patients

• Proficiency in case documentation tools (e.g., PCC or similar systems)

• Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills
