🛠️ Position Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Site Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and extensive hands-on experience in marine infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and quality assurance of complex projects including ports, quay walls, jetties, dredging, and coastal protection structures.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities for marine construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery

• Manage operations related to breakwaters, dredging, reclamation, quay walls, and other waterfront infrastructure

• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination

• Conduct daily site inspections and implement quality control measures

• Prepare and maintain progress reports, inspection requests, material submittals, and method statements

• Assist in construction scheduling and planning to avoid delays

• Resolve on-site technical issues swiftly and efficiently

• Mentor junior engineers and oversee site labor teams

• Engage with clients, consultants, and authorities for site visits, inspections, and documentation

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 7–10 years of proven experience in marine construction projects within the UAE

• Expertise in executing large-scale projects such as ports, dredging, harbors, and shoreline protection

• Solid understanding of marine construction materials, techniques, and safety standards

• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and engineering documentation

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• UAE driving license is an advantage
