Mirage is hiring a Senior Site Architect to oversee the site execution of townhouse and villa developments in a high-profile real estate project. The ideal candidate should have experience in horizontal and mid-rise projects, with prior exposure to EMAAR projects being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution:

  • Lead the site execution of townhouse and villa developments.

  • Ensure quality, design compliance, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee technical submittals, drawings, and materials to meet project standards.

  • Lead site-based technical meetings and mentor junior staff members.

• Coordination & Leadership:

  • Coordinate the construction process, ensuring that it aligns with design and regulatory standards.

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in residential projects in Dubai. Experience in horizontal or mid-rise developments is required.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM software.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Licensing: Professional license is preferred.

• Availability: Immediate availability is a plus.
