Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to join a prestigious Multi-National Architecture & Engineering Consultancy in Dubai. This role involves overseeing high-profile projects, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants to maintain project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Structural & MEP teams to ensure architectural requirements are met.
• Oversee contractor compliance with HSE and QA/QC plans.
• Manage material selection, detailing, and sequencing of work.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections, snagging, and de-snagging to maintain project standards.
• Participate in progress meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Verify as-built drawings and O&M manuals before project completion.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong Revit proficiency is essential.
• Prior experience with a recognized Design & Engineering Consultancy.
• Proven track record in large-scale villa developments & horizontal projects in the UAE.
• Expertise in project closure and handover processes.
