Job Overview:

A leading engineering consulting firm in the UAE is seeking a Senior Site Architect to oversee architectural execution, ensure design compliance, and collaborate with project teams for seamless construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design Oversight: Ensure project execution aligns with approved architectural plans, adjusting for site-specific conditions.
✔ Project Management: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain schedules and achieve key milestones.
✔ Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality, material usage, and adherence to architectural specifications.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
✔ Problem Solving: Address and resolve architectural challenges by coordinating with design teams and contractors.

Candidate Requirements:
