Job Title: Senior Service Advisor – Automotive Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a leading automotive service center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing high-profile and major fleet customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in to final delivery.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to NSSW service standards at all customer touchpoints.

• Greet and assist high-profile clients and major fleet customers with professionalism.

• Conduct a detailed vehicle inspection and record customer service requests.

• Maintain and update the customer database for effective service tracking.

• Confirm job requirements, repair details, cost estimates, and delivery schedules, obtaining customer approvals.

• Arrange and conduct test drives jointly with customers when required.

• Create clear and accurate job cards for service execution.

• Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers.

• Communicate additional repairs, delivery delays, and warranty coverage details.

• Promote service contracts and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.

• Ensure on-time job card closure and vehicle delivery in a clean and ready state.

• Manage customer complaints promptly and escalate issues to superiors when necessary.

• Achieve sales, customer satisfaction (CSI), and service campaign targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance retention.

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
✔ Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to manage fleet and high-profile customers with professionalism.
✔ Proficiency in service management software and job card handling.
