Job Description:

Are you ready to take the lead in optimizing SAP FICO operations for a forward-thinking organization in Dubai? We’re looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 7 years’ experience to manage the day-to-day operations of SAP Finance & Controlling modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling). You’ll have a pivotal role in driving SAP S/4HANA migration and process automation projects that shape the future of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, and PP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities within SAP FICO.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts, working alongside developers to debug and optimize ABAP code.

• Provide support and guidance during the migration to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

• Deliver user training and create detailed functional documentation for ongoing reference.

• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure SAP solutions align with business goals and requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP FICO with strong technical exposure to ABAP coding.

• Proficiency in SAP Finance & Controlling modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).

• Deep understanding of ABAP code debugging, user exits, BAPIs, LSMW, and IDOCs.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and financial process automation is a bonus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to guide teams through complex technical changes.
