This full-time, on-site role is a great opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional with strong commercial instincts and industry-specific experience.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging top-tier technical candidates, negotiating offers, and partnering with clients across the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Civils & Infrastructure, and Marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with high-caliber technical candidates globally using phone outreach, social media, and internet sourcing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their recruitment needs

• Present qualified candidates and manage the full hiring cycle from screening to offer negotiation

• Grow new business and existing accounts within technical sectors

• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to execute recruitment strategies

• Keep up with industry trends and continuously refine your sourcing methods

• Participate in ongoing internal and external training initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant (experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Infrastructure, or Marine sectors preferred)

• Expertise in sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach calls

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

• Proven ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and technical suitability

• Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing a fast-paced workload
