• dubizzle, a leading platform in the UAE, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager – Inside Sales to lead and manage a dynamic inside sales team for dubizzle Cars. This role focuses on upselling additional value-added services such as car insurance and extended warranties. The manager will design and execute sales strategies, drive upselling initiatives, and ensure that the team achieves revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The role also involves coaching and developing the sales team, tracking performance, and optimizing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers and telesales executives.

• Implement strategies to upsell services like car insurance and extended warranties.

• Set and track sales targets and performance metrics for the team.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and complaints.

• Monitor team adherence to quality standards and company regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and tools.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience selling automotive value-added services, such as car insurance and warranties.

• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and performance tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
