Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Flooring Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years of project sales experience in the interior furnishing and flooring industry, specializing in carpets, LVT, SPC, vinyl sheets, and wooden flooring.

The perfect candidate will have a strong industry network, including established relationships with interior designers, design & build contractors, fit-out contractors, end-users, and main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the UAE market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Present and promote soft flooring solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their project needs.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

What We Offer:

✔ Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month.
✔ Benefits: Annual ticket, 30 days of paid leave, and medical insurance.
✔ Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5-day workweek).

Requirements:

✔ Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the flooring/interior furnishing industry (MANDATORY).
✔ Market Knowledge: Strong network with interior designers, fit-out contractors, and project clients.
✔ Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Driving License: Mandatory (preferably with your own vehicle).
