Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Executive Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the UAE market, particularly in industrial materials, construction, or related sectors.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the UAE market

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Manage and expand key accounts to maximize business potential

  • Lead, support, and motivate sales team members (if applicable)

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive

Requirements & Skills:

  • Filipino nationality, currently residing in the UAE

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (industrial materials, construction, or related industries preferred)

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Strong professional network in Dubai and across the UAE

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • MBA or related business degree preferred

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
