Job Title: Senior Sales Executive 

Job Description:
Micronisus Systems, a leading provider of IT services and cybersecurity solutions across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. Since 2005, we have been committed to helping organizations secure their digital infrastructure and optimize IT operations with flexible and high-quality solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic sales professional to contribute to our growth in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target markets, specifically focusing on IT services and cybersecurity solutions.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Promote and present Micronisus’s full portfolio of IT services and cybersecurity solutions.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals in line with sales targets.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Represent Micronisus at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, cybersecurity, or technology consulting.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and regional market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and Saudi Arabia as required.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Years of Experience: 3 years.

  • Residence Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree / Higher diploma.
