Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out & Joinery team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This role requires a motivated, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales within the interior fit-out and joinery sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients across various industries including hospitality, F&B, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and cold calls to identify prospective clients and understand their needs

• Leverage existing networks within hotels, restaurants, homeowners, and commercial spaces to generate new business

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of joinery and furniture materials to effectively pitch solutions

• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals

• Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Maintain excellent client relationships and provide ongoing account management

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for proposals, presentations, and reporting

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the joinery or fit-out industry

• In-depth knowledge of interior materials and furniture solutions

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to work under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be based in the UAE and available for full-time, permanent employment
