Overview
Our client, a government-licensed recruitment and domestic worker services provider in Dubai, is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Lead digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and market research to expand market share.

• Build and maintain client relationships, address complaints, and coordinate with agents, government entities, and internal teams.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure high performance and target achievement.

• Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities, 45 years old and below.

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation

• Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications).
