FJ Group is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in plumbing products such as PPR, PEX, and water valves. The role requires a technical background in plumbing systems, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and maintain relationships with MEP contractors and consultants.
🔹 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
🔹 Provide technical guidance on product selection, specifications, and installation.
🔹 Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
🔹 Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
🔹 Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Proven experience in sales or technical support for PPR, PEX, and water valves.
✔ Strong understanding of plumbing systems and industry standards.

✅ Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals.
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
✔ Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and technical sales tools.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
