Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer – Fire Protection Solutions
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to join a leading fire protection solutions provider based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying business opportunities, and providing technical expertise in the fire protection industry. You will be an essential part of a growing team, supporting the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the fire protection industry, including generating inquiries, submitting quotes, and negotiating contracts.
- Provide expert technical support, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with ADCD regulations and NFPA standards.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers within the fire protection sector.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and forecast sales while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure all projects comply with the required industry standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Male candidates of Indian nationality, aged 40 years or below.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of UAE sales experience in the fire protection industry, with a strong understanding of fire protection and detection systems, ADCD regulations, and NFPA standards.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances) + commission.
- Company car, fuel, and salik allowance provided.
