Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Senior Sales Account Manager to join a reputable company specializing in industrial automation and telecommunication products in the UAE. This role requires a professional who can manage high-value client relationships, drive strategic growth, and deliver tailored solutions to a range of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand relationships with key clients by identifying new opportunities and owning the sales process from lead generation to post-sale support

Achieve ambitious year-on-year growth by promoting data communication and networking solutions to OEMs, system integrators, and end users

Increase brand visibility and product approvals across strategic industries, including government, utilities, oil & gas, and transportation

Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, finance, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Provide technical consultation and support to clients regarding products such as network switches, routers, and communication devices

Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow while nurturing long-term partnerships
Qualifications & Skills:

Open to Arabic nationals, 40 years old or below

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, networking, or telecommunication industries

Strong technical expertise in networking products (switches, routers, etc.)

Proven success in solution selling to industries like oil & gas, government, and large infrastructure sectors

Must hold a valid UAE driving license

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
