AMINA Bank, a pioneering financial institution bridging digital and traditional assets, is expanding its presence in the Middle East. They are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and grow their client base in the institutional, professional private, EAM, or corporate segment. This role involves business development, client acquisition, sales of digital asset services, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Client Acquisition & Management:

• Develop and maintain a prospect list for institutional and corporate clients.
• Acquire new clients while ensuring compliance with cross-border regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, including paperwork, processes, and customer experience.

💼 Sales & Business Development:

• Promote and sell digital asset services such as custody, lending, financial products, trading, and tokenization.
• Develop and implement market strategies to expand the client base in the Middle East.
• Conduct pitch presentations to potential clients in English.

🔍 Strategic Planning & Compliance:

• Work closely with Legal & Compliance to facilitate smooth client onboarding and due diligence.
• Define and enhance the product and service offerings for clients.
• Improve banking processes, e-banking, and client management strategies.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Experience & Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in a fully regulated banking environment.
• Exposure to the crypto industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
• Strong network within institutional and corporate clients in the Middle East.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Hybrid role).
