Position Overview:
Emirates Islamic is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager – Priority Banking to join their team in Dubai. This role is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ensuring exceptional service delivery and meeting financial goals across wealth management, deposits, FX, and asset products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage new-to-bank HNI clients meeting priority banking eligibility.

• Promote and cross-sell liability, asset, and investment products.

• Refer business to other departments such as Business or Corporate Banking.

• Consistently achieve monthly targets across wealth management (WM), FX, deposits, and assets.

• Ensure ethical sales practices, disclosing all product-related risks, rewards, and charges.

• Maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 50 and CSAT score at or above 95%.

• Resolve 95% of complaints and service requests (SRs) within turnaround time (TAT).

• Remain fully compliant with all bank policies, including KYC, operational risk, credit, and sales processes.

• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate customer risk profiling.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).

• Proven experience in Priority or Private Banking relationship management.

• Professional certification from CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) is preferred.
