UBL UAE is hiring a Senior/Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to join their Dubai office. This full-time on-site role involves developing and managing a portfolio of corporate clients across key industries, building strong client relationships, preparing credit proposals, and ensuring full compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of corporate banking services, excellent financial analysis capabilities, and at least 6–8 years of experience in the UAE banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build and grow a portfolio of NTB (New-to-Bank) corporate clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

• Analyze financial statements and independently prepare detailed credit proposals.

• Negotiate loan structures and terms tailored to client needs.

• Ensure all client transactions and activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless banking solutions.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6–8 years of corporate banking experience in the UAE.

• Strong command of corporate banking products and services.

• Proven relationship management experience with corporate clients.

• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and compliance standards.
