You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse professional roles while building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage talent using LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, and proprietary sourcing platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive industry and market mapping to support client hiring strategies.

• Represent client brands effectively in the marketplace, applying tailored recruitment methods.

• Present qualified candidate shortlists with clear rationale and supporting data.

• Monitor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring patterns to inform strategy.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive recruitment projects to closure.

• Prepare client reports and provide regular updates on search progress and candidate engagement.

• Manage business development efforts, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and relationship-building.

• Contribute to proposal development and client retention strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in professional services or specialized sectors.

• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Resilient, proactive, and driven by performance outcomes.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.

• Commercial acumen with a collaborative, people-focused approach.

• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
