Gentis is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their UAE team, specializing in the Construction or Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong 360° recruitment experience and a deep understanding of the UAE market. This role offers full ownership of a client portfolio, empowering you to deliver top-notch recruitment solutions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement) within the Construction/Engineering market

• Develop and grow a personal client portfolio through relationship building and prospecting

• Conduct market mapping, talent search, and in-depth candidate interviews

• Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients and provide market insights

• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to team targets

• Represent Gentis at industry events and support business development initiatives

• Stay up to date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in end-to-end (360°) recruitment

• Strong knowledge of the UAE job market

• Commercially driven with a sales-oriented mindset

• Ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver value-added service
