About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning team in Dubai. The role involves managing all financial, contractual, and cost-control aspects of large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost management, contractual compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project budgets, delivering regular cost reports.

• Oversee procurement documents, tender processes, and contractor selection.

• Administer FIDIC contracts, manage variations, and handle disputes and claims.

• Prepare and review cost estimates for materials, labor, and construction methods.

• Maintain accurate financial records including payments and contractor claims.

• Assess and negotiate project changes and variations.

• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Participate in value engineering exercises to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all financial and contractual matters.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable.

• Minimum 10 years’ post-contract management experience, preferably within a consultancy.

• Strong expertise in cost control, contracts, and commercial management.

• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.

• Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities, with proven strategic solutions experience.

• In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and UAE/KSA market practices.
