We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in Interior Fit-Out projects to join a dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee the financial and contractual elements of high-end interior construction projects, ensuring cost control, accurate valuations, and timely project delivery. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle—from pre-contract estimation to final account closure—while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender submissions

• Review tender documentation for discrepancies and coordinate clarifications with consultants

• Manage project budgets and monitor costs through each stage of the project

• Conduct site inspections and measurements to validate progress and certify payments

• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to align costs with project requirements

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards

• Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and final accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects

• Proficiency in cost estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools

• Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) and local market pricing

• Familiarity with Dubai building codes and regulations

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
