Job Overview

Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 4-8 years of experience in cost planning & control for high-rise building projects in the UAE. The candidate will play a key role in budgeting, contract management, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare & manage cost estimates and project budgets.
✅ Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost advice.
✅ Monitor project spending and ensure compliance with budgets.
✅ Prepare tender documents & evaluate contractor bids.
✅ Collaborate with project managers & stakeholders for timely project delivery.
✅ Provide cost risk assessments during the project lifecycle.
✅ Conduct site visits to track progress against budget & timeline.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
✔ 4-8 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.
✔ Professional Qualification (MRICS or equivalent) is preferred.
✔ Strong analytical & mathematical skills.
✔ Proficiency in cost estimation software & tools.
✔ Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
