LNKD is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Dubai (onsite at Business Bay office). This role involves leading manual and automated testing efforts, with a focus on backend APIs and databases. The successful candidate will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability. Candidates with blockchain or fintech experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing across backend systems, APIs, and databases.

• Design and execute detailed test cases, plans, and reports.

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Validate data integrity through SQL queries and backend checks.

• Maintain and enhance QA automation frameworks.

• Track, report, and resolve defects using industry-standard tools.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure test coverage.

• Support production issue resolution by identifying root causes.

• Participate in sprint planning, QA stand-ups, and reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10–12 years of experience in software testing/QA roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with backend API testing and database validation.

• Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter.

• Strong SQL skills for data validation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Preferred: Exposure to blockchain or cryptocurrency-based platforms.
