Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow your portfolio of secondary market listings (sales and leasing)
• Handle client interactions, property viewings, negotiations, and closings

• Build and lead your own team of agents (up to 10), with leadership training provided
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service
